Order methods

We accept orders from customers world wide. We know that it is not always possible to place an order online. We offer several different purchase options for you to choose from.

Online Orders You can easily purchase our products using our online orders. Selecting this option will allow you to submit your credit card details using a secure form. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express when place your order online.

To buy online, visit our Online Store and click on the appropriate link in the Product Price List, then proceed to checkout.
 

Purchase Orders and Wire Transfers

We also accept purchase orders and wire transfers. Fill out and print the order form to send with your order. You can fax your request to (801) 497 9456.

Important: when filling the order form, please double-check that your e-mail address is correct. If it will not, we'll be unable to send you the registration code!
